We are looking for a Data Engineer to join us!

Etlia Oy, founded in 2013, is an agile, customer-oriented and technical forerunner that designs and builds business analytics solutions. We are a team of expert consultants that use our expertise to build better data solutions for our customers. All etlians have vast IT project experience both locally and internationally. 
 
Etlia takes pride in finding and matching the best person to the project at hand, always offering the customers supreme quality and the best knowhow. The company has ambitious growth targets, and we are therefore looking for an experienced, senior level Data Engineer to join us. You will be a part of our knowledgeable team of seven expert consultants and work in various customer projects. We mainly work in English, but Finnish is a plus.

About the position: 

To succeed in the job you need suitable technical expertise and experience in Business Intelligence and analytics, you are not a stranger to terms such as Azure and Cloud Data warehousing. Your background can e.g. be that of a Data Engineer or a reporting and analytics specialist with additional data engineering skills. 

We value previous project management experience e.g. in a role as a senior consultant, and that you are not afraid to jump into new projects sometimes also on a short notice if needed.  
 
You are a people person and like to work in the customer interface. You are social and have good communication skills. You get things done on schedule, are initiative, analytical and accurate in everything you do.  
 
The projects we work with are often long term, ranging from a quartal to several years. You will work independently in close collaboration with the customer, often in their facilities simultaneously interacting with other suppliers, always with the best outcome for the customer in mind. Our most important services consist of Project Deliveries and Advisory Services, which both will be part of your job description. You will help customers in business-critical decision making by collecting, shaping, combining and storing data, which will be visualized in an easy-to-understand report.  
 
At Etlia we genuinely listen to our customers’ wishes and get to know their needs. Our extensive Advisory Services that also will be your responsibility, complement the Project Deliveries, making sure the customer gets a comprehensive solution for their needs.
