A long-term project in which Etlia’s consultant has consulted the client’s Master Data Management (MDM) program. The client uses Tibco EBX as their MDM tool, in which our consultant has strong expertise. The role has included maintenance, application development, consulting and maintenance. Technical skills in EBX, programming, and various other technologies related to the project, combined with a positive attitude, have ensured a mutually satisfying and long-lasting client relationship.

Technical project management for the migration of operational applications from on-premises environments to cloud services (Azure). The assignment also included defining a future roadmap and preparing cost estimates for different project phases.

Our client is building a company-wide data platform, with Databricks playing a key role. We have assisted in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the customer solution. The solution integrates data from dozens of source systems, with the data being modeled on the platform using the dbt tool. Additionally, we have implemented versatile API interfaces that enable data transfer for further processing and reporting for end users.

Program management of a large-scale cloud migration project, where the client transitioned from an on-premises solution to a modern cloud-based solution (AWS).
